Our Story

Jennifer Hadlock, our CEO and founder has a Juris Doctorate and Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Connecticut.  She is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists, New York Genealogical and Biographical Society, New England Historical and Genealogical Society, Connecticut Genealogical Society and Society of Mayflower Descendants and an attorney in Connecticut.

She has over 30 years of experience researching family history especially in New England and New York ancestry paths.  She has uncovered ancestries of dozens of families to the delight of each.

Jennifer became interested in genealogy when she was ten years old on a family vacation in Acadia National Park, Maine when she saw a sign at a pond with her last name.  Always having been proud of her Irish grandmothers and German World War II veteran grandfather, she wondered where her last name was from and if this was a clue.  The process of tracing her ancestry has led to Ireland and Germany and all over New England and New York.  She would be happy to share stories with you.
